Throughout my daily life, I wonder if quality really is free.  There are so many choices when it comes to quality.  There is poor quality, fair, good, and excellent quality. Oftentimes there are varying price points for the different grades of quality.  Quality variation touches us in every aspect of our lives, including housing. Sometimes, for the same price points, the same features, same neighborhood, there may be poor, fair, good, and excellent quality homes.  It takes time and patience to find the quality home you want to buy.
